Une fois encore monsieur Souili Fran\u00e7ois a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9cole et le devoir de chacun de s\u2019investir pour l\u2019avenir de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration future.\u00a0 \u00ab <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Les parents restent les responsables de 1<\/em><\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>er<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em> rang de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants. En ce d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, le moment est venu pour d\u00e9ployer tous les efforts et strat\u00e9gies n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des enfants. Les femmes, cheville ouvri\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9ducation devraient elles m\u00eames \u00eatre instruites pour une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9 de leurs enfants, d\u2019o\u00f9 la pertinence de l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La parole fut ensuite pass\u00e9e \u00e0 madame Souili Fran\u00e7oise, coordonnatrice des activit\u00e9s de l\u2019Association des Femmes Nong Taaba du Burkina. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Celle-ci a tout d\u2019abord remerci\u00e9 l\u2019assembl\u00e9e d\u2019avoir r\u00e9pondu nombreuse \u00e0 la rencontre et a d\u00e9crit le programme de la journ\u00e9e ainsi que l\u2019importance de chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment du programme\u00a0du jour\u00a0: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les \u00e9changes avec la communaut\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quipe enseignante devraient permettre \u00e0 la mission de s\u2019impr\u00e9gner des nouvelles strat\u00e9gies prises par l\u2019\u00e9cole en cette ann\u00e9e 2013\/2014,afin que les d\u00e9boires de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e ne se reproduisent plus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">C\u2019\u00e9tait \u00e9galement l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 pour la mission du jour, de recueillir les impressions des uns et des autres sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 et l\u2019importance de la cantine scolaire  puis sur la pertinence et l\u2019impact de l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation des femmes sur les apprentissages des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Enfin, c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi l\u2019occasion pour les diff\u00e9rents partenaires pr\u00e9sents ce jour de d\u00e9noncer les difficult\u00e9s r\u00e9elles que rencontre l\u2019\u00e9cole et de proposer des strat\u00e9gies  de solutions <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Monsieur Simpor\u00e9 Paul, directeur de l\u2019\u00e9cole de Bantogdo \u00ab\u00a0A\u00a0\u00bb a commenc\u00e9 par pr\u00e9senter son \u00e9cole. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pour cette ann\u00e9e  scolaire, l\u2019\u00e9cole <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>centre \u00ab\u00a0A\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">de Bantogdo, compte <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>518 \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> dont <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #00b050;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>276 filles<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. scolarisation et le maintien des filles quand bien m\u00eame la parit\u00e9 est encore loin d\u2019\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Ces  sept (07) classes sont anim\u00e9es par huit enseignants dont trois institutrices. Le directeur qui fait partie de ce nombre est d\u00e9charg\u00e9 de classe et s\u2019occupe de l\u2019encadrement de proximit\u00e9 de ses adjoints et des t\u00e2ches administratives et socio \u00e9conomiques. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">.Des difficult\u00e9s \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es par le directeur, l\u2019on retiendra\u00a0:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">l\u2019absence de  suivi \tdes \u00e9l\u00e8ves par les parents\u00a0; <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">le refus cat\u00e9gorique de \tcertains parents de contribuer dans le cadre de la cantine endog\u00e8ne, \tattendant tout de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">l\u2019insuffisance de \tlogement pour les enseignants\u00a0;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">l\u2019insuffisance des \tlampes d\u2019\u00e9clairage.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Parlant de la cantine, le directeur dira que l\u2019\u00e9cole vient de recevoir de la part du Gouvernement, la dotation de 120 sacs de 50 kilogrammes chacun, de riz, du haricot, de l\u2019huile. Cette ration devrait  couvrir quatre (04) mois seulement..<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em><strong>De la visite des classes<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La joie se lisait de part et d\u2019autre sur les visages. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e9taient contents de voir et d\u2019\u00e9changer avec la mission. Chaque enseignant qui nous conduisait dans sa classe \u00e9tait heureux de nous pr\u00e9senter l\u2019effectif de sa classe et la disposition qu\u2019il en avait fait. Des \u00e9changes, des conseils, des encouragements ont constitu\u00e9s l\u2019essentiel de cette tourn\u00e9e dans les sept classes.. Dans chaque classe, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves chantaient et disaient merci.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Au CP1 la mission a eu des pincements au c\u0153ur. Ces tout petits, tout nouveaux dans ce monde scolaire, bien que motiv\u00e9s pour apprendre pr\u00e9sentaient pourtant des mines froiss\u00e9es, des regards p\u00e2les, les habits d\u00e9chir\u00e9s.  Au coin de la classe \u00e0 droite \u00e9taient dispos\u00e9s de petits plats, de petits seaux. Ces r\u00e9cipients contiennent, les uns, de la vieille p\u00e2te de mil pr\u00e9par\u00e9 depuis la veille et tremp\u00e9e dans la sauce. Les autres, du riz \u00e0 la sauce au fond de l\u2019\u00e9cuelle, du haricot pour certains\u2026. Pire, d\u2019autres n\u2019avaient pour tout repas de midi que des grains de  millet mouill\u00e9s dans des bouteilles de coca cola avec de l\u2019eau sale. La mission a saisi de l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 pour mener une sensibilisation des parents par le biais du bureau pr\u00e9sent. \u00ab <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>On ne peut rien attendre de bon d\u2019un enfant affam\u00e9. Il dort en classe et est vite d\u00e9go\u00fbt\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9cole. Si \u00e0 la maison la ration alimentaire  journalier n\u2019est pas garante qu\u2019au moins \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole l\u2019enfant puisse l\u2019avoir. Les contributions des parents pour une cantine endog\u00e8ne en attendant l\u2019\u2019appui de l\u2019Etat et d\u2019autres secours s\u2019av\u00e8re imp\u00e9ratives. Il ne faut pas compter enti\u00e8rement sur l\u2019aide. D\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e scolaire en octobre  normalement, la pr\u00e9paration du repas devait s\u2019en suivre pour, d\u2019une part garantir une bonne fr\u00e9quentation et, d\u2019autre part, assurer une bonne r\u00e9ussite en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. La contribution de chaque parent (un plat de mil ou de haricot<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>par \u00e9l\u00e8ve<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">) a \u00e9t\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><em>Disposez d\u2019un peu et l\u2019on vous ajoutera<\/em><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> \u00bb <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Parmi les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats scolaires, l\u2019\u00e9quipe enseignante a promis de tout mettre en \u0153uvre pour recouvrer les contributions en nature afin que la cantine commence plus t\u00f4t. Elle a \u00e9galement  inform\u00e9 la mission de l\u2019\u00e9laboration et de la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un plan d\u2019action \u00e9cole. Celui-ci met l\u2019accent sur les cours d\u2019appui des \u00e9l\u00e8ves  surtout des CM2  Les jeudis, les samedis ainsi que les jours f\u00e9ries, les enseignants acceptent recevoir les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pour dispenser des cours en heure suppl\u00e9mentaires. Cela n\u00e9cessite un appui des parents pour les efforts consentis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>De la collecte des points de vue <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A travers les \u00e9changes, les enseignants autant que la communaut\u00e9 ont reconnu le fondement de la cantine et sa n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u00e8s le premier jour de la rentr\u00e9e. Les parents s\u2019occupent de moins en moins des enfants, sont pris par les travaux du jardinage au barrage ou par le petit commerce au march\u00e9. Seul le repas du soir est assur\u00e9.  Les uns et les autres ont confirm\u00e9 la pertinence et l\u2019impact de l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation des m\u00e8res sur les apprentissages des enfants. Pour le directeur de l\u2019\u00e9cole, les enfants dont les m\u00e8res ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de formation en alphab\u00e9tisation sont toujours propres, ponctuels .Ceux-ci viennent rarement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, l\u2019\u00e9cuelle vide. Leurs m\u00e8res se pr\u00e9sentent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole pour s\u2019enqu\u00e9rir de la qualit\u00e9 du travail ou de l\u2019assiduit\u00e9 de leurs enfants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Pour le  Conseiller Villageois de D\u00e9veloppement (CVD), la pertinence de cette formation \u00e0 l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation n\u2019est plus \u00e0 discuter. La femme alphab\u00e9tis\u00e9e est propre, et ses enfants avec. La femme alphab\u00e9tis\u00e9e sait organiser son temps et sait faire la bonne cuisine. De plus en plus, dans les grandes activit\u00e9s de d\u00e9veloppement du village, c\u2019est \u00e0 ces femmes instruites qu\u2019on fait recours car elles ont l\u2019esprit d\u2019organisation et acceptent les responsabilit\u00e9s. Elles ont le sens de l\u2019honneur. Elles servent de mod\u00e8le pour leurs enfants une fois le soir \u00e0 la maison, leurs enfants apprennent leurs le\u00e7ons et sont assist\u00e9s dans l\u2019apprentissage des le\u00e7ons. Il  ressort de cette visite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole que l\u2019action  urgente \u00e0  entreprendre serait d\u2019assurer l\u2019alimentation et la prise en charge sanitaire de ces enfants. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, surtout du cours pr\u00e9paratoire sont malnutris et sales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>II- DE LA VISITE DES CENTRES D\u2019ALPHABETISATION <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole, la mission s\u2019est rendue \u00e0 la maison de formation et d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation des femmes de Bantogdo. L\u00e0, un groupe de 28 femmes apprenantes nous attendaient depuis le matin. Nous avons d\u2019abord visit\u00e9 l\u2019atelier de tissage. Les apprenantes en alphab\u00e9tisation assist\u00e9es de leur animatrice, \u00e9taient contentes de faire des d\u00e9monstrations en \u00e9criture et en dialogue en fran\u00e7ais parl\u00e9. Nous avons entendu ces femmes sur la pertinence de leur formation en alphab\u00e9tisation. Unanimement elles reconnaissent que l\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation les aide tant dans leur vie de foyer, l\u2019\u00e9ducation de leurs enfants, le suivi des enfants  que dans la gestion de leurs activit\u00e9s r\u00e9mun\u00e9ratrices de revenu (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>AGR<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">). Elles souffrent de l\u2019ignorance et elles ont h\u00e2te de s\u2019en sortir. La mission a profit\u00e9 de cette occasion pour inviter ces m\u00e8res \u00e0 \u00eatre plus regardantes sur l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et l\u2019alimentation de leurs enfants.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La prochaine \u00e9tape fut les centres de Zoundri et de Song-Naaba, situ\u00e9s respectivement \u00e0 05 Km  et 10km de Bantogdo. Au centre de Zoundri, on comptait parmi  la trentaine d\u2019apprenants quatre (04) tous petits de 11 \u00e0 12 ans  qui n\u2019ont pas eu la chance d\u2019\u00eatre recrut\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole formelle. Il y avait \u00e9galement des jeunes hommes de d\u2019environs 18 et 20 ans, qui ont soif d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 \u00e9crire.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A Song-Naaba, c\u2019est des femmes bien engag\u00e9es que nous avons trouv\u00e9es en classes. Les apprenantes  sont  au nombre de 34, Elles sont \u00e9galement la plupart en allaitement. On y compte plus de dix b\u00e9b\u00e9s de moins de 6 moins. Le centre de Song naaba est abrit\u00e9 par un hangar en paille. La mission a exhort\u00e9 la communaut\u00e9 masculine \u00e0 se mobiliser pour construire un local ne serait ce qu\u2019en banco afin que les femmes ainsi que leurs b\u00e9b\u00e9s ne soient expos\u00e9s au grand  souffle de l\u2019harmattan.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La tourn\u00e9e s\u2019est poursuivie au centre d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation de Sandogo, localit\u00e9 situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une vingtaine de km de Bantogdo. Notre arriv\u00e9e tardive ne nous a pas permis de trouver les apprenants en classe. N\u00e9anmoins  l\u2019animatrice et le conseiller villageois au d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9taient l\u00e0 et nous ont rassur\u00e9s de la grande motivation et sensibilisation de la population pour les centres d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Nous rappelons que pour cette campagne d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation 2013\/2014, \u00e0 l\u2019actif de l\u2019ALFNB  a ouvert dix (10) centres d\u2019alphab\u00e9tisation l\u2019effectif moyen est de 30 apprenants par
